 You’ve come to the right place! We offer flexible and reliable delivery options to ensure your gifts arrive on time, whether you're in the UK or abroad.

UK Delivery

• Free Royal Mail Delivery: Orders of £50 or more qualify for free Royal Mail delivery, auto-applied at checkout (single address only).
• Royal Mail Tracked (£5.95): Available 5 days a week, with 95% of parcels arriving on the estimated delivery date. Fully tracked for peace of mind. Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm (excluding bank and public holidays).
• Next-Day Delivery: Order by 1 pm for next-day delivery via DHL (£6.95). This fully tracked service delivers Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. A signature is required, and you'll receive email updates with delivery slots and the option to rearrange if needed.

Weekend Deliveries
We also offer weekend delivery options through Royal Mail or DHL. Order by 12 pm on Friday to ensure delivery over the weekend. Premium courier weekend delivery is available at £11.95.

EU Delivery

We now deliver to a wide range of EU countries! Delivery times will be estimated at checkout, but please note that delays due to customs are possible. While most items can be shipped, we’re unable to send macarons, or products with shorter shelf lives abroad.

International Delivery

• Premium International Shipping: Expect delivery within 2-3 working days (subject to customs). Available Monday to Friday, our fully traceable service through DHL requires a signature upon arrival.
• Customs & Import Fees: For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient, but to avoid this inconvenience, DHL will attempt to contact you for payment before delivery.
